1. Characteristics and uses
Thermal insulation ball valve with thermal insulation, cold protection characteristics. According to GB design manufacturing flange connection according to 79-94 standard manufacturing for petroleum, chemical, metallurgical industry.
Ball valve insulation due to the use of steam jacket insulation. Therefore, even if the external temperature drops below zero, the valve still operates flexibly and the oil pipeline can be disconnected, which has the advantages that the general control valve does not have. It is the ideal control valve for heavy oil pipeline.
According to user needs, jacket injection steam, heat transfer oil, cooling water, cold air, etc. Use the entire valve to warm or cool to the desired temperature. It can prevent the crystallization of the medium.
The thermal insulation ball valve products have good thermal insulation and cold protection characteristics, the pain diameter of the valve is the same as the pipe diameter, and at the same time, it can reduce the heat loss of the medium in the pipeline.
It is mainly used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, food and other systems to transport high-viscosity media that will solidify at room temperature.
